Terms and conditions
If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receipt of shipment notification by E-power System, and organise to receive a refund of the purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:
- In order to qualify for a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify E-power System via emailing sales@epowersystem.com within 30 days from date of dispatch of the purchase, requesting for a refund under these terms and conditions.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us until you receive an email response from us. Otherwise, no refund will be entertained.
- Details on the process of refund will be informed via email.
- E-power System will not provide a refund on any relevant freight costs that may be incurred to send the goods back to E-power System.
- The 30-Day period will commence from the date of dispatch of the purchase. Notification of dispatched will be informed to the customer on the same day of dispatch.
- After receiving the returned purchase and if our product is in good condition without breakage, E-power System will issue a refund the cost of our product (not including freight) within 14 working days or where reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement. E-power System will not be responsible for any fees that may incur in this refund as charged by the customer’s bank or other third-party payment gateway.
- E-power System is not responsible for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any bank or third-party payment gateway.
- E-power System reserves the right to make changes to these 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
